Complex and very thin on the nose, the White Reserve shows notes of stone fruits combined with an intense mineral character. The barrel, perfectly integrated, presents some smoked notes and nuts. In the mouth, it is alive and very fresh, with a persistent acidity that gives a very long end of mouth, with some salinity. An attractive, seductive white, to enjoy in glass of burgundy, with a great potential of aging, can be appreciated from now on.
