Proíbido 2015 has a ruby color. Deep and strong aromas, with predominance of black fruits. Full-bodied with ripe and soft tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, with a very long finish. Store the bottle horizontally in a dark place with a constant temperature, ideally between 12ºC and 15ºC. The old ports are drinks after meals. Take them with cheese like Stilton or Gorgonzola. But you can also incorporate them into a meal, combining, for example, a Steak au Poivre with a young Vintage.
