Avignonesi Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2012 Red

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2013 is brick red in colour, bursting with notes of bright, red fruits, dried violets and hints of savory spice. The taste is medium-bodied and balanced with luscious acidity and tart cherry flavours, complemented by a long savoury finish.

The Avignonesi Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is a selection of Sangiovese from all of our vineyards in Montepulciano, creating a multifaceted wine that is a true expression of the terroir.  

2013 was a  warm  vintage in Montepulciano, favouring the development of ripe, fruity  notes  and producing wines which are delicious to drink young, while maintaining a good balance between tannins and acidity, which will allow them to age well in the bottle.
