"There is a slight difference in the grape composition of this vintage, compared to the previous one. For the 2011 vintage, we found that 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon was the best blend, permitting the special characteristics of each variety to shine through in the tasting profile of the wine."
