After being selected, Alvarinho is then packaged in French oak barrels (Angoulême and Limousin), remaining at a constant temperature in the old winery of the Brejoeira Palace, in stages, between 10 and 12 years old.After the aging period of the various barrels, the respective batch is prepared. Once it has been filtered, it is bottled and will remain for some time in the cellar cellars. Later, and according to needs, they are labeled manually, according to a very old standard.

Clear and amber, presents itself with soft aromas of palate and velvety palate, denouncing its origins, which makes it surprisingly pleasant. It is a product of high quality and refinement. It's a timbre for special moments. Ready to be enjoyed after a good meal, before and after breakfast.
