Enemigo Chardonnay is a surprising wine, with which neophytes and experts can delight themselves. It combines the best virtues of the Chardonnay grape, French barrels and masterly biological aging, taking the white wine of Mendoza to a level of complexity unsuspected until recently, it smells of nuts (hazelnuts and almond skin) and candied fruit. On the palate, the salinity of the biological aging is subtly felt on a base of candied citrus fruits and some shy tropical memory. Lactic and toasted notes surround an elegant, spacious and atypical wine that is worth tasting carefully, perhaps with a sole a la meunière or a good creamy goat or sheep cheese. Sole a la meunière / sheep cheeses / goat cheese.
