Created from the vine varieties Arinto, Baga and Chardonnay. Elaborated according to the classic method, with bottle referencing, just like the great sparkling wines worldwide. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which gave rise to a very distinct product. The minimum stage for lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines whose date of dégorgement is indicated on the packaging.
