069Syrah and Viognier form, in particular conditions, a unique and unusual blend. Original blend from northern Rhône Valley, spread throughout the world emphasizing importance in Australia. The harvest of 2012 led to the first blend of these two grape varieties produced in Monte da Ravasqueira.

97% Syrah, 3% Viognier. The Viognier grapes were harvested late and frozen, waiting for the Syrah vintage. Only two bunches per vine were left so that the Viognier grapes could win aromatic concentration. The Syrah was originated in Vinha das Romãs block, but from distinct and selected areas for the profile of this wine.
