With a limited production of 3,460 bottles, this Viognier is a result of a winemaking concept that embodies the production each year of exceptional and unique wines that reflect all the uniqueness and character of the terroir where each variety is planted.

100% Viognier. Grape variety of French origin, found in the temperature ranges of the terroir of Monte da Ravasqueira a particular and unique way to express its freshness and intense character. Two vintages were made in the same block, on different days, in order to take advantage of the heterogeneity of maturation so characteristic of this variety. The origin of this work resulted in two batches. The first staged with no wood influence and only under the influence of low temperatures and regular battonage, finding the best way to express all its freshness. The second aged in new and used French oak barrels, seeking to express texture and complexity.
