Moscatel wine produced in the region of Setúbal by oenologist António José Saramago. It has a topaz color, with an aroma of orange peel, honey and nuts. In taste it is unctuous, balanced with good acidity. Should be served as an aperitif and drunk alone or accompanying regional sweets. Prepared from the caste that gives it its name, António Saramago has put in this wine all his experience and wisdom acquired over the years.
