Flor de S. José White Douro DOC, 35% Viosinho, 25% Rabigato, 40% Gouveio 

Higher areas of the Douro, with an altitude between 450 and 500 meters, allowing a good temperature range. These conditions are extremely important to mature slowly in order to preserve the flavors of the grapes variety, its freshness and acidity. 

Grapes are harvested by variety and plots in boxes of 20Kg, and put in cold at 5/6ºC. After fully stalked, they are crushed. The must was subtly pressed and decanted until necessary limpidity. It fermented in a temperature between 14/16ºC in vat during 3 weeks, in order to enhance the primary flavors. The wine was submitted to coerce before bottling.

Should be served chilled at a temperature of 10/12ºC, and accompanying fish dishes and even pasta. Keep in a dry place with a fresh and constant temperature. The bottle should be stored horizontally.
