Loaded in color, it is a wine of great aromatic complexity. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, with good structure, an excellent balance of very pure fruit and more vegetable notes, and above all a lot of freshness, which is difficult to find in Alentejo. With a long finish, it is undoubtedly a gastronomic wine with a strong identity. Serving temperature: 16-18°C. Aging potential: 10-15 years. Pairs well with red meats and aged cheeses.
