Made of almost century-old vines, it maintains the classic style of the house but with a singular elegance, notes of flint, ripe citrus, spices. Voluminous but very fresh, with generous acidity, complex, long and exquisite, full of character and distinction. A very special white.

The Quinta das Bágeiras white wine bottle grapes come from old vineyards, over 75 years old. It is vinified from open spout, the wort being placed in small decanters of 1m³ where it remains between 24 to 36 hours to make the decanting through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the must is transferred to old wooden barrels, 2500l, where hundreds of fermentations have already been made. It is bottled without any type of filtration or glue (process of clarification, in which the proteins drag) and not always in the same month, as we let the wine itself decide when it is ready for bottling. We waited for him rather than force him. Made of almost century-old vines, it maintains the classic style of the house but with a singular elegance, notes of flint, ripe citrus, spices. Voluminous but very fresh, with generous acidity, complex, long and exquisite, full of character and distinction. A very special white.
