The combination of three great harvests of the 20th century: 1900, 1934, 1965. Intense topaz color, complex and high intensity aroma with notes of dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and honey), complex, sweet and very long taste. Final taste has the perfect combination of aroma and taste, typical of a Setúbal with these characteristics. These wines undergo, in their aging, a natural oxidation process. Thus, there is no evolution after bottling. If the storage of the bottle, after opening it, is done correctly, this wine will remain identical for many years. Trilogy should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC accompanied by chocolate cake or a good cigar or, simply by yourself. Conservation in a private cellar, the bottle lying at a temperature of 12ºC, humidity 60%.
