Condessa de Santar 2011 has citrus color. Aroma of spices, orange peel, apple and coconut. Greasy palate with a well-balanced structure. Long lasting and persistent freshness. Ideal for fish dishes, cheese, typical Portuguese food. Recommended temperature 7-14ºC.
The wine is a tribute to D. Maria Teresa Lancastre de Mello, Countess of Santar. The Quinta de Casa de Santar was established in 1790, and since then has been producing some of the most recognized wines in Portugal. This wine is among the best ever produced in the Dão region, one of the most prominent regions in Portugal.
