MOB Lote 3 Red

This project is born from the will of three winemakers, Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges, to make a wine together. The region chosen was Dão, a region for which we have a common admiration that was born in the test of older wines from the 60s and 70s that surprise us with its elegance and freshness. The identity and complexity of these wines is indeed remarkable and serves as an inspiration to create our MOB, whether white or red. This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a lightly laden color, is little alcoholic, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past but has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and winemaking.
