The fermentation is made in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature, after total unleashing and crushing. Part of the lot was staged in stainless steel vats and another part in new French oak barrels. Varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional. Ruby red color, good intensity. A fresh and delicate aroma, with mineral suggestions and very well married black and red fruits with aromatic notes from the barrel. It is an elegant wine in the mouth, contributing together, for its gastronomic vocation. Recommended to accompany dishes of red meat or game, soft cheeses and nuts.
