Aroma fine and delicate, with citrus and floral notes, resembling orange and lime flower. Slight notes of vanilla, spice and beeswax add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness. Gastronomy: Dishes rich in white meat or cod in the oven. Excellent to accompany the most varied types of cheese.
