This harvest has a very rich aroma and flavor, typical of the great years of the Alvarinho variety in this terroir exuberance combined with elegance. Citrus nuances of white fruits, such as yellow plum and honeysuckle-type flowers are identified. In the mouth it is elegant, mineral, with a very present acidity and well integrated in the already mentioned flavors. The soft and long finish confirms this good harvest. It is a good complement to soups, clams, fish dishes, and some light meat dishes as well. Serve at 10 - 12ºC.
