This wine, produced by Monte da Comenda Grande, incorporates the Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho varieties. Obtained through a controlled temperature (15º – 17º C) vinification process before remaining 'sur lie' for some time. Citrine in colour with a fresh and fruity aroma with some mineral hints endowing its complexity. On tasting, this wine is fresh and lightly structured, persistent and prolonged. This drink particularly well accompanies shellfish, fish and traditional Alentejan entrées.
