Elaborated with Jaen and Alfrocheiro varieties, it was made with temperature control, and draws out maceration, subjeted to a prolonged stage. Presents a ruby color, delicate aroma, velvet mouth feel, with strong typicalness. Wine of quality subject to create deposit. This wine should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
