The best lots of the Quinta, handpicked, selection by hand, cold soak, fermentation in oak vats and steel tanks, six weeks skin contact, 24 months barrel aged in new French oak barrels. A challenging but excellent year allowed us to produce one of the best Zambujeiros ever. Very dense and almost black in color.
