Good structure in the taste, acidity in good style, fruit more defined than in the aroma and an end from already with excellent presence. It accompanies dishes of fatty fish, seafood rice and cod. Ready to drink right now, it will evolve well in the bottle for 4 to 6 years after the date of harvest.
