This Alicante Bouschet is the first harvest of a set of single variety wines Tiago Cabaço’s signature. For us, the choice of Alicante Bouschet, was natural and immediate, for this grape’s wide recognition and growth in the Alentejo and the great results we have had in the winemaking of selected plots. We only selected the plots where the grape expresses its full potential and the richness of our terroir.
