The wine is made in the Loire Valley, from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which is immediately evident in the aroma, full of notes of green vegetable, cut grass and a slight tropical note of passion fruit. Beautiful acidity, has a slight body but very capable to accompany either seafood or some cheeses like Camembert. You'll be at your best now so you do not deserve custody.
