Medium red. Wild aromas of mocha, tobacco, spices, smoke and meat. Suave, supple and sweet, with captivating pinot purity and the concentration made possible by a yield of barely 30 hectoliters per hectare owing to the late harvest. Good mineral energy keeps this fresh, but this will be a pliant style of Chambertin.
