The wine has a straw yellow color with a marked brilliance. The nose appears noble, elegant, with good intensity and complexity. Light citrus aromas blend with hints of candied fruit. On the palate the wine is expressed through great acidity. The sugar dosage, 2.4 gr / l, helps to keep the palate dry, dry and giving great cleanliness and persistence. Excellent when paired with a fish soup.
