New product

A strawberry-colored rosé with garnet-red reflections and medium radiance. An emphatic fragrance streams out of the glass: deep red late summer strawberries, almost on the border with overripe, some raspberry, a bit sturdy plum and currant sound at the back. A mineral, almost dusty note takes the intense fruit flavors but their kitschiness and gives the champagne not only clear presence, but also seriousness.

The first sip confirms the nose-blowing aromas: strong red summer berries, including nearly overripe strawberry, highly aromatic redcurrant, a hint of profundity and dominance of their black currant brother Cassis, as well as hefty bay leaves. The mousseux is fine and even, almost confusing it with its tenderness in the strong sip. The Blanc de Rosés impresses immediately with power, elegance and pressure, a medium tannin shimmers in the perception and provides a surprising red wine impression, which is due to the 7% share of Côteaux Champenois red wine. After the first ripening it develops on the palate, becomes softer again, changes back to the berry flavors, becomes fine and soft, shows off its charming Pinot Noir side. In its length, the strong-earthy aromas of red and black currants remain - but also a touch of bay leaf and fine bread notes. In the glass and on the palate, one experiences a character head, which, although dressed in flattering berry tones, but still carries so much inner tension and power that he never looks girlish or harmless. With its distinct presence, it is not necessarily the delicate aperitif champagne, but quite fun for all lovers of strong champagne. From its most sumptuous side it shows itself in fiery accompaniment grilled beef - and tastes exceptionally well to a steak with red core and a hint of Jamaica pepper, or also to tuna sashimi. In this combination one forgets every side dish and certainly does not even remember to order a red wine.
